Starting from the question “Who has which rights to research data at the university?”, Anne Lauber-Rönsberg – professor of civil law, intellectual property law, especially copyright law, as well as media and data protection law at the TU Dresden – and Felix Magin – Subject specialist at the University of Konstanz – jointly approach this complex subject. The different rights of various status groups at universities will also be addressed.
