FDM@Campus: Event information

This year’s FDM@Campus conference will take place in Göttingen from Sep 29 to Oct 01, 2025.

The central topic of the event will revolve around the question:

How can we combine and use the different spheres of RDM developments efficiently, in order to offer the best RDM services to researchers on site?

Registration for the event has opened and will end on Sep 12, 2025. If you are interested in participating, please follow this link to register. The participation fee will be €115,- , the same as in the previous year.

You can find the preliminary conference program here. In the registration process, please note the selection options regarding the networking meetings and the hands-on sessions. Some workshops have restrictions regarding the number of participants. You can specify alternatives if your two selected workshops take place in parallel or are fully booked. It is expected that 1-2 hands-on sessions will be offered twice in order to fulfil as many requests as possible.

The program still leaves some room for single presentations and eventually also interactive contributions. Thus we cordially invite you to submit further contributions until Aug 08, 2025. Furthermore, it will also be possible to submit poster contributions until Aug 08, 2025.

Please send us an email with a short description (max. 150 words) to tagung@eresearch.uni-goettingen.de. The short description should include the title, format, content, planned duration and target group of your contribution.

Following the core conference, two satellite events will take place from Oct 01-02. If you are interested, please register separately for one of the two events “FAIR in Action: Integrating Open Source RDM Tools Effectively” or the “FDM Train-the-Trainer Workshop”, both of which will also open their registration process soon.

We look forward to welcoming you to Göttingen in September.
